We will share your information with Club Instructors only. Your data will be stored securely and deleted once you inform us you have stopped training. Terms and Conditions
This application form is for a Red Tiger Karate (RTK) 1 year license which includes member to member, public liability insurance and EKF registration. This is not a personal injury policy. You will be covered for a period of 12 months from the date of your last renewal/original purchase to ensure continuous cover. You should receive your license by post within the next 10 working days. Whilst all Instructors will take every reasonable precaution, as a trainee in the martial art of karate, I understand that it is a strenuous, competitive and combative sport and like all sports carries a risk of physical injury. I fully accept responsibility for all such risks as a condition of my participation. It is your responsibility as the applicant (applicant’s parent or guardian) to ensure that you are medically fit to participate. RTK reserves the right to refuse/cancel membership without reason. I agree to abide by all Club and association rules and regulations, failure to do so will result in your membership being revoked. Photographs and digital recordings may also be taken at events and used for promotional purposes. I grant the organisers permission to do this. Please tick here if you do not wish to appear on any photographs.
