🥇 International Gold for Jaime Sensei!

The best news of all is that Jaime Sensei has won his first-ever International Gold Medal!

Earlier this week, Jaime travelled to Poreč, Croatia, to take part in the Youth Training Camp and Youth Cup. Competing against some of the finest young karateka from across Europe, Jaime delivered an outstanding performance to win Gold in the Under-21 Male Kata division.

As a club, we are incredibly proud of Jaime Sensei and everything he has achieved. His success is the result of years of hard work, dedication and perseverance. Despite his achievements, he remains humble, eager to learn, and constantly challenges himself to improve.

Securing an international medal is a remarkable accomplishment, and we could not be happier to see him standing on top of the podium. He has represented both his country and our club with immense pride and has shown what is possible through commitment and determination.

It also looks as though he has had a fantastic experience alongside his EKNGB teammates and his Kata Coach, Kelly Horsfall.

A special congratulations must also go to Gary Sensei and Marie, who must be immensely proud of Jaime and all that he has achieved.

Jaime Sensei has done the entire club proud and continues to be an outstanding role model for all of our students.

Congratulations, Jaime Sensei – what an achievement! 🎉🥇

Train Hard. Stay Humble. Keep Improving.

☀️ Summer Challenges Coming Soon!

We are also excited to announce details of our Summer Photo Competition and our Summer Attendance Challenge.

Throughout the school holidays, students will have the chance to submit their favourite karate-themed summer photographs for the competition, with prizes to be won.

In addition, we will be offering a huge trophy to the student who attends the most lessons across the summer holidays. This is a fantastic opportunity to stay motivated, continue developing your karate skills, and challenge yourself to train consistently throughout the break. Remember, we offer a daytime training class every Wednesday with Chief Instructor Paul Wolstencroft Sensei and Rachael Wolstencroft Sensei in Tottington from 9.30-10.30am. Everyone is welcome during School Holidays.

Full details of both competitions, including rules, entry requirements and prize information, will be released next week, so keep an eye on our club communications.

🏆 Train hard, stay active, and see if you can become our Summer Champion! 🥋
