Summer Attendance Rewards

We hope you have all enjoyed an epic summer holidays! The end is upon us, I’m sure the parents are delighted and we can’t wait to see you all back in classes this week.

Settling back into your routine is so important and that includes getting back to punching and kicking and seeing all your karate mates!

Good luck to all the children who are moving up or starting at new Schools/Colleges.

Time is up for Summer Attendance Rewards. We are hard at work counting up your classes. We have some beautiful medals on their way to those who have attended class 4 times or more during the holidays.

Please be patient with us, we are a big club with a lot of classes. The medals will be awarded by our Sensei’s over the next couple of weeks.

Booking classes

September is always a busy month for us with lots of new beginners joining. It is very important to book your classes in advance and make sure you get a place (especially in our busier dojos).

It also helps our Instructors to plan their session if we know who is turning up. If you’ve not been for a while and have lost your username or password please fill in this form and we will get a new one out to you asap: Request a username/password

If it is a while since you have trained, please check if your license is in date. If it has expired you are no longer insured to train and can renew by clicking here……

Change of Tournament and Dan Grading Date

Club Championships

We try to be as organised as possible and send out printed calendars in June but unfortunately, due to exams taking place at our preferred dojo we have had to reschedule a couple of big events.

The Club Championships has been brought forward and will now take place on Sunday 15th October @ Kearsley Academy. For more info click here….

Entry will open on Monday 18th September and close on Sunday 8th October.

B & B Course and Dan Grading

The one our higher grades have been waiting for! I’m afraid you’ll have to wait a little longer……

Our final Brown and Black Belt Course and Dan Grading Course of 2023 will take place on Saturday 11th November @ Kearsley Academy. For more info click here….

At least it gives our Dan Grading candidates a little longer to perfect those combinations, katas and those kumite drills.

School Assemblies/Demonstrations

If you would like to see us do a School demonstration in one of your assemblies please get in touch via our contact form.

Throughout term time, we love visiting Primary Schools/ High Schools and showing the children the many benefits of taking up karate.

If we have any Red Tigers in the School we usually get them out to help us!

We also have full-time Instructors looking for new afterschool clubs. If we have any teachers/P.E. co-ordinators looking for activity providers we have all the relevant qualifications and plenty of experience!
