Red Tigers come out on top at the JKS Novice Competition

We took a 13-strong squad of students to the JKS Novice Competition which was held on Sunday 30th April and are delighted to report that our team won 14 medals in total and 1st Place on the Club medal table! It was another hugely enjoyable day spent with our friends at the JKS and Paul Brant Sensei and his team worked tirelessly to make sure that the event ran smoothly. Great job!

We are so proud of all of the students who were brave enough to take part and all have come away with some valuable experience. There are no losers, they can only improve from what they have learned and come back stronger next time.

Congratulations to the following squad members who take part:

Jaime Pratley, Ron and Su Matthews, Izzy Baron, Ellis Pindoria-Stott, Sonny Millington, Lola and Kyle Girault, Kevin Longthorne, Georgie Dyal, Ella Rylance, Gina Farrance and Holly Dale.

Thanks to all the parents for their support and enabling their children to represent our Club. Thanks also to Mike Baron Sensei for coaching all day long. You are a star! Thank you to Grace Baron, Lori-Ann Moran and Abby Fielding for helping us out coaching/warming up the competitors and offering their support and good advice!

There are quite a few great photos from the day taken by RG event photography available to view by clicking the link below:
