May 1, 2016

This is the first JKS run compeition of the Year and is open to all Red Tigers who fancy giving it a go. England Squad members and students who have been Black Belt for over 12 months are not allowed to enter.

This will be a fun-filled day and is an event not to be missed. It is your opportunity to enter a well organised friendly event and test your karate against students of a similar age and grade.

JKS England Young Childrens Competition

Any medals won will be a bonus but this will provide you with some great experience if you are thinking about competing for JKS England in the future. The aim of this Novice Competition is to teach students of all ages about competitions. It is specially run for karateka with little or no competition experience.

There are quality medals for 1st to 3rd place, all winners (except the under 9 events) retain an engraved silver cup for a year. Cups are retained at the event, engraved and returned to clubs at the next B&B event in Nottingham.

All karateka aged 11 and below will receive a certificate for competing.

Registration is open to all ages, kyu grades and Shodan under 1 year tenure, but it is closed to JKS England and Wales squad members, as this is run as a novice competition.
