Well done to everyone who competed, win or lose, you’ve gained some fantastic experience.

It’s been such a busy week for our squad with our Club Comp last Saturday, JKS Kumite Squad training in Leeds on Sunday and then a 2 hour session with Special Guest Instructor and Team GB competitor Joe Kellaway! It must have really set them up for another successful weekend because they turned in some brilliant performances from what we hear.

The following Red Tigers competed and we are really proud of you all:

Special mentions must go to Lori-Ann Moran who after a rotten few months has found form again, taking home 3 medals! Izzy Baron who narrowly missed out on being English Champion, but managed to slay a few giants in her category on the way on the silver medal! Finally, Abby Fielding who just quietly plugs away but has made tremendous progress over the last 12 months, her hard work has been rewarded with an Individual medal at a very high level comp, fab work indeed. Girls Rule! BOOM.

Louis J, Louis P and Sam the man have completed the BKF and EKF Double with their team Kata performances. British Champions and English Champions. Great work lads. Champ-Champs!

The hard work continues for those selected for the JKS International Cup in late August!

Keep up the fab work guys 🙂
