Special mentions must go to Lori-Ann Moran who after a rotten few months has found form again, taking home 3 medals! Izzy Baron who narrowly missed out on being English Champion, but managed to slay a few giants in her category on the way on the silver medal! Finally, Abby Fielding who just quietly plugs away but has made tremendous progress over the last 12 months, her hard work has been rewarded with an Individual medal at a very high level comp, fab work indeed. Girls Rule! BOOM.

Louis J, Louis P and Sam the man have completed the BKF and EKF Double with their team Kata performances. British Champions and English Champions. Great work lads. Champ-Champs!

The hard work continues for those selected for the JKS International Cup in late August!

Keep up the fab work guys 🙂
