Izzy Baron steps up her preparation for Venice

What a busy weekend indeed for our karate kid Izzy Baron as she steps up her preparation for Venice in December. Izzy and Mum Michelle travelled down to St Albans on Saturday 14th October to take part in her 2nd E-Series event with the English Karate Federation.

Izzy did brilliantly making it through to the final and finished up in 5th place. She got some valuable experience and mat time with those at the top of their game before whizzing back up the M6 to compete and help all day at our Red Tiger Championships.

What a diamond! Well done Izzy :-)
